Governor Chukwuma Soludo, few days ago, moved massive materials and equipment to site for the ongoing construction of the road leading from Mmiata Anam to Nzam, the headquarters of Anambra West LGA.
Eyewitnesses to the movement of the materials, applauded the Solution Governor for demonstrating his commitment to not only keep his campaign promises but exceed it, by embarking on road construction and infrastructural developments in most parts of the state.
As it stands, it is generally believed that with the level of attention and commitment the Governor is given to the Mmiata/Nzam road, it would be completed sooner than expected.
Meanwhile, the people were elated because the Governor is matching words with action by commencing the construction of the road that would connect Mmiata Anam and other communities to Nzam.
“Before now, when you think of Nzam, what comes to mind is the local government headquarters without a tarred road since its inception. However, there is good news. The situation has changed for the better.
Thanks to Governor Soludo’s administration for giving them their first-ever tarred road and ending their long-sufferings and pains” someone commented.
“I can only imagine how happy, grateful, and appreciative they are. The laying of the stone base is ongoing; next is asphalting….”
The Transition Committee (TC) chairman, Anambra West, Hon. Felix Ikechi commended the Governor over his numerous projects in the State and Anambra West in particular. Ikechi stated that with Governor Soludo, Anambra State has found a solution. “Solution is here” he declared.
