Anambra State governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo has congratulated notable Anambra State founding fathers, past administrators and governors of the state as it turned 33 today, August 27.
In his statement, Soludo stated, “Today, we celebrate a milestone – 33 years of Anambra State’s creation! We pay tribute to our visionary founding fathers, the legendary Nnamdi Azikiwe, Dr. Alex Ekwueme, our past military administrators and civilian governors who paved the way for our progress.
“As we mark this anniversary, we remember that excellence is a journey, not a destination. In 33 years, Anambra has made significant strides, and while we may not be where we should be, we are certainly not where we used to be!
“Let’s keep pushing forward, Ndi Anambra! Let’s continue to build on the foundations laid by our forebears. Here is to many more years of growth, development, and excellence!
“May Anambra continue to win!”
