Her Excellency, Mrs Nonye Soludo, the wife of Anambra State governor has stated that as a former governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, Governor Soludo grew external reserves from $10 billion to $62 billion and reduced inflation from 23% to single-digit.
She therefore declared that “It’s great to see him being recognized for his hard work and dedication to ndi Anambra.”
While speaking on the award a few days ago, Governor Soludo stated: “Honoured and humbled! I am thrilled to share that I’ve been conferred with the prestigious “Icon of Societal Transformation” award by the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN)Anambra State chapter.
“This award is a testament to our collective efforts to transform Anambra State and make it a better place for all. I’m grateful for the recognition, and I dedicate this award to the good people of Anambra State.”
