The governor of Anambra State, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, has conveyed hearty congratulations to the speaker of the Anambra State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Somtochukwu Nkemakonam Udeze on the occasion of his birthday today.
