
Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo has congratulated Archbishop Alexander Chibuzor Ibezim of the Anglican Communion on his birthday, praising the religious leader’s contributions to spiritual and social development in Anambra State.
In a statement released by his Press Secretary, Christian Aburime, Governor Soludo commended the Archbishop of the Ecclesiastical Province of the Niger and Bishop of Awka Diocese for his unwavering commitment to the Christian community.
“His leadership is a blessing of immense impact, inspiring countless individuals through his profound wisdom, compassionate heart, and relentless service to God and humanity,” the governor stated in his birthday message.
The governor highlighted Archbishop Ibezim’s character and ministry impact, noting that the religious leader “has demonstrated remarkable qualities of integrity, humility, and strength throughout his ministry.”
According to the statement, Archbishop Ibezim’s influence extends beyond spiritual matters. “His guidance has not only enhanced the spiritual fabric of Anambra State but has also fostered unity and peace among the diverse groups within society,” Governor Soludo observed.
The Governor particularly commended the Archbishop’s social welfare initiatives, stating that “his contributions to social development and community welfare reflect his deep concern for the welfare of all people, and his efforts to extend the hand of fellowship to the needy and marginalised are truly commendable.”
In his birthday wishes, Governor Soludo expressed hopes for the Archbishop’s continued service, saying he wishes Archbishop Ibezim “abundant blessings, good health, and divine grace on this occasion of his birthday, with prayers that God grants him greater wisdom, guidance and strength needed to carry on his noble work.”
