Anambra State governor, Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, today visited Nibo in Awka South Local Government Area, where he condoled with the families and the community over the unfortunate loss of lives in a recent cult-rivalry killings.
Yesterday, Sunday, 20 October, 2024, some persons were killed in a suspected cult-related brawl.
Speaking at Eke Market during his routine monitoring of Monday economic activities across the state, Governor Soludo vowed to fish out the perpetrators of the dastardly act as well as go against cultism in the state.
Governor Soludo emphasized that no matter where the perpetrators hide, they would be brought out for sanctioning and asked the people to go about their lawful duties with assurances of their safety and general wellbeing.
