Collect their money, because it’s your money, but vote for Labour Party, Obi tells voters

The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, has advised the voters to collect the money of vote-buyers but vote for the Labour Party (LP), in the forthcoming election. Obi said the voters have the right to collect the money because it is their money stolen by those people.

Obi made the plea when he and his running mate, Datti Baba-Ahmed, campaigned in Ilorin, Kwara State capital, last Monday.

Obi said, he and Datti have the magic wand to turn Nigeria around. “We need leadership to secure and unite Nigeria, which is our number one promise” he said. “A new Nigeria is possible under the Labour Party. We don’t want a Nigeria where snakes and goats swallow money.

“This year’s election, they will come to you with religion, tribe and money, but tell them you are hungry. Collect the money they will give to you because it is your money and vote for us.”
