Members of Anambra State House of Assembly this morning, November, 17, 2023 paid a condolence visit to Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, on the passing of his father, late Pa Simeon Soludo (Akukananwa 1)
The Honourable members visited the Governor at the Governor’s Lodge, Amawbia where the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Somtochukwu Udeze presented their condolence message to the Governor on behalf of other members.
Rt. Hon. Udeze speaking on behalf of other members expressed great sadness over the loss and expressed their heartfelt condolences to the Governor and his family.
The Governor expressed his appreciation to the House Members for coming physically to condole him and thanked them for their support and solidarity at this difficult times.
It will be recalled the Governor’s father died at the State’s owned hospital, Odumegwu Ojukwu Teaching Hospital, Amaku, Awka, Anambra State, on November 6, 2023
