Major stakeholders in Anam, Anambra West LGA will today hold a face-to-face interactive meeting with past and present political office holders in Anam.
In a statement signed by the national chairman, Anam People’s Assembly (APA) Chief Alex Okonkwo, the meeting will focus on the forthcoming local government election and other issues concerning Anam.
The statement reads in part: “An emergency meeting of all Anam major stakeholders is scheduled to hold on Friday, September, 20, 2024.
“The venue is Umueze Anam Townhall and the time is 10 a.m.
The agenda are (a) Upcoming LG Elections, (b) proposed Anam website creation, among others.
“Requested to attend the meeting are;
All past and present political office holders in Anam; traditional rulers in Anam, Anam Elders Forum, Presidents General in Anam and religious leaders in Anam.
“Others are representatives of ABACA, Okpokolo Anam, ndi Mmevo Anam, NGOs of Anam extraction, chairmen and secretaries from Anam of all political parties and their major stakeholders.”
