The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) chairmanship candidate for the forthcoming Anambra State local government election, Hon. ThankGod and others , today accompanied by numerous party faithful received mandate to win the local government chairmanship and councillorship positions in the local council.
In giving the mandate, Governor Chukwuma Soludo and other APGA leaders said that the governor’s performance had convinced all and sundry in Anambra State to vote APGA candidates to ensure “continuity and Progressivism” in all parts of the state.
Expressing his experience, Hon. Anago said, ” Earlier today, along with other APGA candidates for the September 28, Anambra local government elections, I received the party flag as the APGA Mayoral candidate for Awka North LGA.”
According to Anago who has been the Transitional Committee (TC) chairman of the council, the flag signified more than victory for their great party, APGA.
“It is a victory and continuation of our better Awka North mantra”, he said.
Continuing, he admonished, “Awka North, we will continue to deepen the dividends of democracy ably provided by the Governor Soludo’s led APGA administration in Anambra State.”
He declared that “Awka North is APGA land and Solution is here!”.
Hon. Anago was accompanied to the flag off event by who is who is Awka North Local Government Area, Anambra State.
