Transition Committee chairman, Aguata Local Government Area, Dr. Chibueze Ofobuike, has appealed for donation of books and other library materials ahead of commissiong Nkpologu Community Library reconstructed by his council.
Few months ago, Dr. Ofobuike, began the process of reconstructing the badly dilapidated public library. This is in line with the vision of the Council inspired by the ideals of Mr Governor, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo CFR.
On Friday, May 17, 2024, the library will be commissioned and opened for use.
To this end, the TC chairman is humbly appealing for donation of new and/or used books.
“Are there books you’ve read or used and do not currently serve any purpose to you, kindly donate to the library for the usage of young people” he urged the public.
