Super Eagles’ captain, Ahmed Musa, has advised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu not to watch the team on television, anymore.
Musa sends message to President Tinubu urging him to come over to Ivory Coast and cheer them at the ongoing 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON.
Since then Nigerians have been reacting: “Person wey dey do alignment for France. Una never ready to win be that na.”
Another said, “E be like Musa no sabi wetin dey happen for this country currently. Nigeria has more pressing issues that if the president should travel down there this mandate will not be mandating us again.
“Abi is it the boring football they are playing. Allow the president to work for us make this mandate fit work ooh.
Yet another said, “Who should come and cheer you up. He might collapse because of Osimhen not converting his chances, please allow my president to breef.”
