Speaker, Anambra State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Somtochukwu Nkem Udeze has commended Governor Charles Soludo on numerous road projects completed within just years.
Hon. Udeze who just wrapped up the final leg of road inspection tour across Anambra State, said he was incredibly impressed by what he had seen so far.

He applauded the governor for his financial prudence that enabled him achieve much with so little.
He said, “Governor Soludo has truly hit the ground running on road projects. We inspected extensive work underway on key roads across Anambra North, including: 1. Awkuzu-Umunya road with a spur to Enugu-Onitsha expressway; 2. Anam-Nzam road; 3. Marine-Akpaka-GRA Road through to Federal Housing and 3-3 expressway; 4. Atani-Ozubulu road; 5. Ossomala bridge and Embankments at Umunankwo.”
These projects, according to Hon. Udeze, are already making a huge difference in Anambra North. “We admonished contractors to speed up the work at those areas still under construction because of the rainy season which is almost at hand.
“Beyond this, I want to commend Mr. Governor for his commitment to utilizing allocated funds effectively.
This transparency and dedication give me great confidence in Anambra’s future.
“I also use this medium to appreciate fellow lawmakers who joined the tour: Hon. Noble Igwe, Hon. Atuchukwu Nonso, Hon. Obi Nweke, Hon. Fred Ezenwa, Hon. Jude Umennajiego, Hon. Justice Azuka, Hon. Anayo Okpaleke, Hon. Tony Muobike, Hon. Patrick Okafor, and Hon. Ebuka Igwe. Your insights were invaluable.
“The progress we’re seeing is remarkable, especially considering it’s being achieved without additional borrowing. This is responsible leadership at its finest!
“There’s still more work to be done, but with Governor Soludo at the helm, I have no doubt that Anambra is headed for a period of economic stability and prosperity. May Anambra continue to win!”
