Children with cleft deformities, on Friday, received medical solutions in Anambra East Local Government Area, Anambra State.
Announcing the goodnews, the Transition Committee chairman, Dr. Anselm Onuorah stated, “earlier today at the General Hospital, Umueri, I had the privilege of joining the Wife of the Governor, Mrs. Nonye Soludo, and the Commissioner for Health, Dr. Afam Obidike, on a visit to witness live surgery sessions on infants with cleft deformities.
Dr. Onuorah said it was heartwarming to see the dedication and care put into providing the best closure for these children facing congenital difficulties.
He said “I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mrs. Nonye Soludo and our solution Governor Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo for their unwavering commitment to the welfare of our people in Anambra East. Their efforts have brought hope and a brighter future for these beautiful babies, empowering them to grow proudly and achieve their dreams.
“I also want to thank Smile Train for their responsive partnership in making these surgeries possible, and to God be the glory for the positive impact this collaboration has on the lives of our children.
